C O M P E T I T I O N
for
the 'Dr. Stefan Tanev' scholarship to be awarded to an undergraduate student
for the academic year 2005-2006.


R E G U L A T I O N S
of the competition

This competition is for undergraduate students who have successfully completed their third academic year in 2004-2005, currently studying at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at the St. kliment of Ohrid Sofia university.

Thw scholarship amounts to 100 BGN per month and is awarded for one academic year.

The applicants' documents are reviewed by an Expert Committee which ranks them, interviews the applicants and awards the scholarship.


REQIREMENTS TO APPLICANTS:
    1. To have completed their third year of studies;
    2. To have aminimum GPA of Excellent (5.50) at the moment of application;
    3. To have professional interests and achievements in the field of prented periodicals.

DOCUMENTS TO APPLY:
    1. Applcation form with a photo (to be filled in when the documents are submitted);
    2. CV;
    3. Document from the University administration to state that the applicant is enrolled for his/her 4th year of studies during the academic year 2005/2006;
    4. Academic record showing the applicant's GPA;
    5. Copies of publications in periodicals.

DEADLINES:
    • Documents are to be sumitted on November 14 and 15, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m., at the premises of the Foundation in Sofia (3, Vassil Aprilov Street).
    • The date and the time of the interview are announced upon receipt of application documents.

N.B.: Only copies of documents accepted. Application documents are not given back. Should be ordered as listed above and submitted in 2 copies.
